Today MyroCraft Appliance Repair LLC completed commercial oven and stove repair in Los Angeles. Customer called because of an unusual noise coming from the Blue M commercial oven. During diagnostics, the motor was found to be drawing excessive current and repeatedly tripping the thermal overload protection.
Tested the start capacitor, diagnosed the motor and wiring, reset the thermal overload, replaced the failed motor, wired the new motor according to the diagram, reinstalled the fan blade, secured the electrical connections, and tested proper operation.
